Q: Can I just get the nutrition part?
No. The F.O.S. works because training and nutrition are integrated. Splitting them up compromises results, and I won't put my name on half-systems.

Q: Is this a subscription?
F.O.S. Lite ($97) is one-time payment with lifetime access. Core ($147) and Elite ($297) are monthly, cancel anytime.

Q: What if I need to pause?
Core and Elite clients can pause for up to 2 months/year for travel, injury, or life. Your system stays intact when you return.

Q: Do I need gym equipment?
The system is designed for whatever you have access to — home gym, commercial gym, hotel gym, or bodyweight-only. Terry adjusts based on your setup.

Q: How is this different from apps like Noom or MyFitnessPal?
Those are automated algorithms guessing at what works. This is 20 years of real coaching experience, custom systems, and a living document that adapts to YOU — not the other way around.
